Teaching
I teach regularly at ETH Zurich in Switzerland, at HSBA in Germany, and I am an instructor in the intro track of the System Dynamics Society Summer School.
And at the University of Bergen in Norway
This is the perfect combination as the lectures at ETH focus on applying system dynamics to food systems research while the lectures at UiB challenge me in teaching system dynamics and nothing but system dynamics to a crowd of bright master students from a broad range of disciplinary backgrounds.
In 2019, I started teaching an absolutely fabulous PhD course with two even more fabulous co-instructors at the University of Bergen.
- SDG900: PhD for Innovation. Interdisciplinary course from systems thinking through creative problem-solving to R&D management
- Check out our standalone course website
- We also offer the course annually at the Bergen Summer Research School
